A 60 minute session with an England Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness. The session will be focused on your running goals and may include technique, running form, strength training and planning your training.
A 1:1 session can help you progress to improve your performance, and give you motivation to pick up your training. You’ll come away from the session with advice on how to reach your running goals, running drills to help improve your running and some training sessions that will support your running ambitions.
