Find your Fitness: Getting (re)started with exercise
I know I could do it myself. I know I should do it myself. But for some reason it's not happening. Life's too busy, or the weather's not great or maybe you're coming down with something?
If "getting fit" has been on your mind for a while, but it's still not happening then committing to a coached plan will help you get over that hurdle. You'll get a tailored plan, hints, tips and advice as well as some online/face to face sessions to work through technique or just to discuss any issues in more detail.
